Responsibilities:
- Manage client's incoming emails and messages.
- Identify and assess the client's needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools.
- Maintaining general office files, including personal files and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Managing office supplies inventory and purchase
- Acting as a liaison with waste management and landlord as needed
- Support HR manager to collect timesheets and other HR-related issues
- Other duties assigned by the branch manager
Requirements:
- Customer service experience (a plus)
- Logistics industry experience (a plus)
- HR experience (a plus)
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Chinese Mandarin and English.
